Our combined affordable housing experience provides added benefit throughout the stages of a project. We believe that a well planned project has fewer issues in the development stage.

Financing

PHA Development uses a collaborative and creative approach to fund transactions. Sources include LIHTC, Historic Credits, State, Federal and Local Grants , TIF’s and many more

Pre-construction

We actively manage the budget development process, provide timely input and method alternatives, and monitor the availability of materials and compatibility of costs. 

Rehabilitation

Another key method to enhancing your property is by remodeling an existing space. We rework spaces, add lighting and improve overall flow with new design and construction alternatives.
